Weed Road Pictures is seeking interns for the spring 2017 semester. Headed by an Oscar-winning writer/director/producer, we have a first-look deal at Warner Bros for both film/TV. The internship offers students a tremendous opportunity to learn about the entertainment industry and the development process in our office on a major studio lot. It involves reading, research, errands, script coverage, office work, and other typical intern duties. This internship is unpaid, however, we offer college credit. Executive Assistant Position

Eclectic Pictures is seeking a Full-Time, Executive Assistant for a driven Producer (LONDON HAS FALLEN, LOVELACE, SOLITARY MAN)
We are currently in development on EIGHT features and are in need of someone who is not only capable of balancing projects, but also able to support the President of the company.
This position is to provide high-level support to the Producer in all business and personal matters while also supporting other departments and hiring/training/managing interns. You will be the main point of contact for the company and will be a part of everything from development to production to post.
In addition will handle personal tasks and help support Producer's nonprofit organization from time to time
Candidate/Job requirements:
- 1-2 years of previous industry experience supporting an Executive or as a Production Coordinator
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong grammatical and proofreading abilities
- Excellent management, organization and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills are of the highest importance
- Must be a BORN-MULTITASKER and have excellent follow-through without hand holding
- Ability to handle whatever is thrown at you in a fast paced and pressured environment
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information in a discrete manner
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and be proactive
- Mac proficiency is a must
- Quickbooks knowledge a plus
The position is Full-Time. Typical hours are 9 AM - 7 PM but must be willing to be alert and open to communication outside normal business hours and on weekends.
