Must have the following experience: - Minimum 5+ years experience in this kind of broker/agent position at a major talent agency - Extensive direct relationships with major brands in the fashion/beauty space - Strong talent management and client relationship skills - Effective negotiation skills for high level contract structures for celebrity clients - Self motivated and independent working style - Creative strategic planner that can implement dynamic business model that matches the right talent with the right consumer brands Location: Based in Los Angeles.
