GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program

GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program is open to all U.S. high school or home-schooled seniors who plan to attend an accredited four-year college or university. The scholarship is renewable for three more years following the year the scholarship was received. A grade point average of 3.0 or above is required, along with leadership qualities in school and in the community. Students must demonstrate a need for financial assistance and plan to attend college full time to pursue a degree. The scholarship can be used for tuition, room and board, books, fees and supplies. Following the example of former President Ronald Reagan, students selected will be those who have a civic commitment to improving their communities, value integrity with strong values and ethics, and show leadership and drive both inside the classroom and outside. The scholarship is sponsored by the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation, a non-profit organization that maintains the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum and promotes democracy and economic opportunity. The deadline for this scholarship is usually in JANUARY of each year, and the award amount is usually $10,000. For more details, visit www.reaganfoundation.org/GE-RFScholarships.aspx
