HIRING PUBLIC RELATIONS MEDIA EXPERT AT AT FILM PRODUCTION COMPANY

We are now hiring a PUBLIC RELATIONS MEDIA EXPERT on a part-time basis to work with the executive producer of an independent production company on their current slate of projects. You should have prior entertainment industry experience with a list of contacts and established media relationships. We are in need of a driven, motivated, self-starter who is creative, an excellent writer with top-notch interpersonal skills who can work independently. Duties Include: - Create, manage & implement PR campaigns - Conduct media outreach - Identify target publications (magazines, reporters/bloggers, tv shows) and get promotional coverage of our projects - Schedule & coordinate press interviews - Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts - Create and deliver press releases, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals - Design & launch email marketing campaigns Requirements: - B.A. in Public Relations / Marketing - Related experience with references - Writing samples from previous assignments (press releases, etc) - Your own laptop w/ reliable internet connection This is a PART-TIME POSITION.
