Top nonfiction production company is seeking an experienced, organized and enterprising Development Manager to join our team. Experience in nonfiction television a must. You must have proven experience coming up with the next great unscripted series, discovering dynamic talent that can support seasons of television, tenacious researching skills and developing written/ visual materials to sell the series. Must be a highly organized self-starter, strong writer, detail oriented, intellectually curious and have excellent research skills. Comprehensive knowledge of reality TV & pop culture. Must have Photoshop/Keynote skills. Research and cast talent for show concepts. Edit basic string-outs of casting tapes and sizzles a plus.
