Responsibilities include script coverage, managing heavy phones, rolling calls, submissions, setting appointments and meetings, updating calendars, booking travel, working alongside the creative team as needed. Must be extremely detailed, confident, organized and possess a high level of initiative. Highly proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PHOTO SHOP.
