Assistant Position

Seeking a hardworking organized assistant for an EP on a successful 3rd season cable series. Series is shot in NY, EP is in LA working in Post Production through May/June. Experience working in production and/or post strongly preferred. Responsibilities include: scheduling and managing calendar (ability to coordinate with production in NY and post in LA), ability to listen and take detailed notes during meetings, understanding of story and ability to discuss cuts and scripts with the EP required. College degree strongly preferred. Must be a self-starter Ideal candidate should want to be a creative producer. Knowledge of/experience working in NY a plus (but not required).
