Assistant for Voice-Over Office

Busy West Los Angeles Talent Agency seeks assistant for the Voice Over Department. Full time, 9:30am - 6:30 pm Mon-Fri. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling, assisting Agent's with projects, maintaining contracts, proper office protocol, fax, basic computer skills, Internet research, direct contact with agents, talent and buyers.
Required knowledge with PC computer, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet, basic phone protocol.
First consideration will be given to applicants with knowledge in programs such as InEntertainment, Voice Bank,Sound Forge, ISDN or any audio recording experience.
This is not a production job.
Hourly salary is $11.00 per hour for a 40 hour week with benefits
