NON-JOBLIST JOB: Beverly Hills Management/Production Company seeks 2nd Assistant to 3 Talent Managers/Producers/Partners who represent actors, writers, and directors. Assistant will manage extremely busy desk where duties range from basic office tasks to interacting with A-list clients and occasional personal errands. This position will also cover for the 3 main assistants when needed. Assistant must be extremely well organized with strong attention to detail.
Requirements:

Tylenol Future Care Scholarship

The Tylenol Future Care Scholarship program is for students pursuing a healthcare degree who need financial assistance in paying for their education. Annually, the makers of Tylenol award $250,000 in scholarships to students based on leadership qualities and performance.
All students pursuing any career in health or healthcare (nursing, medical doctor, psychiatrist, etc) are encouraged to apply. The application process involves writing two 500 word essays, submitting a resume, and completing an online application.
 At the end of the application period, only 40 winning students will be granted scholarships. Winners are normally selected by the end of July, and the scholarship funds are delivered by the end of August of each year.
Over the years, Tylenol has awarded more than $9 million in scholarships to students pursuing an education in healthcare.
The deadline for this scholarship is usually in JUNE, and the award amount is usually $5,000 - $10,000.

Main Responsibilities:
Updating and maintaining client database, creating target lists of clients, prospecting new clients

Preparing reports and research on international / domestic distributors for the sales team
Organizing the company's participation in various films festivals and markets including organization of booth preparation, product listing, coordinating events
Coordinating sales agents’ travel and meeting schedules and occasional personal assistance to senior staff
Maintaining the office space, ordering supplies, managing incoming mail and shipments, answering the phone, handling petty cash, filing and processing various paperwork
Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
