Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls

Duties would be both personal and business related. The position requires heavy and extended travel and being “on call” at all hours. At least one year of experience in the industry is heavily preferred, however strong character, a thick skin, and keen ability to maintain calmness under... Candidate should be able to quickly and effectively communicate, book complex and personalized travel, handle personal errands with multiple moving parts, and provide support for other staff in the company such as the first assistant during business hours.
The position is 3 days a week to start, however, days are not clearly set. The company only promotes within, so there is always room for growth for the right individual.
