Manager of Development

SFFILM is still accepting applications for the Manager of Artist Development until January 15. The manager is the first point of contact for all filmmakers interested in learning more about SFFILM’s grants and programs and will build strong relationships with filmmakers locally and nationally. The position will oversee outreach, manage the grant review process, serve on the review committees, provide guidance and feedback to filmmakers, and advise SFFILM- supported filmmakers. The ideal candidate is based in the Bay Area or is eager to relocate full-time, and has a background working in the film industry and/or as a filmmaker and has an interest in both narrative and documentary film. grants@sffilm.org

Development Manager - Position

Seeking Development Manager (maybe Director) for fun boutique production company with both linear and digital hit shows. Must have network/digital contacts, have sold shows (a must to be considered), be able to sell, and enjoy selling. Someone who really loves the development process and thrives in a fast-paced environment would be ideal. Must also be able to develop show from idea to pitchable concept and have a successful track record of making sizzles and/or decks. The office is moving to the South Bay and potentially Orange County. Advancement is definitely possible. Salary commensurate with experience.
