EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT wanted for the COO/Executive Producer of a reality TV production company.

Looking for a highly motivated person who can keep up in a fast-paced environment. The assistant will work with the executive in the office and occasionally on location when shooting.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating a hectic schedule, rolling calls, handling legal documents, generating development and ratings reports, general office upkeep, supporting production staff, and much more.

Must be a multi-tasker, exercise discretion, be attentive to detail, and have a hunger to excel in the TV industry. On-set experience a plus, but not mandatory. Previous network, production company, legal and/or agency experience preferred.

FYI: This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of reality TV production, and this position will set you on a track for any job in reality TV production -- post, physical production, creative production, etc. Definite room for growth -- this exec's former assistants have gone on to become producers or executives at the company.

Pay negotiable, depending upon experience.
