Executive Position

LA-based production company (film, television, and branded content) seeks an Executive Assistant for its co-CEO/ Partner. Ideal candidates should conduct themselves professionally, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain attention to detail under high pressure. Hours vary, so a mobile presence out of the office is important during after-hours and on weekends. The company is growing, so we are looking for someone who can also participate heavily in creative development (reading, script notes, finding projects) and grow into a Creative Executive role.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and rolling calls
- Scheduling meetings and managing an ever-changing calendar
- Assist with booking domestic and global travel arrangements (personal and business)
- Manage office (the internet, phone system, ordering supplies, company cell phone plan, etc.)
- Personal assistance: setting appointments (for executive and family), managing children’s activities/ calendar, organizing parties, etc.
