Position Analyst, Corporate Finance - based in Los Angeles Utilizing the expertise and relationships of the agency, CAA's Corporate Finance team works to source and execute investment and strategic partnership opportunities on behalf of the agency and its clients. Previous examples of such work include the creation of AXS TV in partnership with Mark Cuban, Anschutz Entertainment Group, and Ryan Seacrest Productions; the formation of Mandalay Sports Media with Peter Guber's Mandalay Entertainment and renowned writer/director/producer Mike Tollin; and the capitalization of a media investment fund with Ryan Seacrest, Bain Capital, and Thomas H. Lee Partners. The Corporate Finance team is looking to hire an Analyst to contribute to all aspects of project development and execution. He/she will join a small team of professionals and will have frequent interaction with senior executives both within the agency and at client and partner entities. The position will entail the following: - Financial analysis, due diligence, and execution of investment and strategic partnership opportunities in the media, entertainment, and sports sectors - Presentation of investment and strategic partnership opportunities - Engagement with existing clients/investments and the development and analysis of strategic initiatives for those entities - Identification, assessment, and potential execution of new business development opportunities Qualifications CAA Corporate Finance is looking for a thoughtful, ambitious, and high-performing candidate to become a key contributor to our team. Lincoln Center Internship

LINCOLN CENTER Media Development Intern Description DEPARTMENT Media Development DESCRIPTION The Media Development Department of Lincoln Center works to bring the world class performance and artistic activity taking place in our venues to wider audiences across the country and the globe through distribution on a variety of platforms. Our signature, award-winning series, Live From Lincoln Center, brings live performances of opera, drama, music, and dance to approximately 20 million television screens across the country every year. Recently, Media Development also produced LincolnCenter's first-ever in-theater event, bringing the New York City Ballet's George Balanchine's The Nutcracker to hundreds of movie theaters around the world. And a variety of new projects are in the works, including an artist interview series featuring Lincoln Center artists discussing their work and process. Media Development seeks two graduate or college level students for summer internships. This is a particularly good opportunity for those students pursuing or considering pursuing careers in media production and/or development, new media, film, or arts administration. This summer placement will have the opportunity to receive valuable, hands-on experience in all aspects of performing arts media development and distribution and include production, research and administrative tasks. Interns will be given the opportunity to work across Lincoln Centerdepartments and series, interacting with a variety of Lincoln Center staff and artists. Internships are 8-10 weeks in length, are full-time and may involve evening and weekend hours. Media Development Internship approximate dates: June, July, August, 2013 Interns should be earning school credit. If this is not possible, a letter of support from an academic advisor is required.
