GenerationOn, with generous support from Disney Friends for Change, is giving out Family Volunteer Day grants and event day service kits to affiliates or non-profit organizations around the country. Organizations approved for a grant will receive a $1,000 grant and an event day service kit; including t-shirts, a vinyl banner, stickers and a project planning guide. Family Volunteer Day is November 22 this year - the Saturday before Thanksgiving to 'kick off' the holiday season with giving and service, and to signal the start of National Family Week. http://bit.ly/1kpXnF9
Fantastic, I will have to tell my son about this and see what he thinks. A $1000 grant would come in handy big time at this point and time and my son knows this. Thanks for sharing guys. It's much appreciated.
