Operations Manager For Talent Agency

Bi-coastal Talent Agency is looking for an Operations Manager for the Los Angeles office. This position works directly with all staff in the Los Angeles office to support the overall vision of the company. Candidates must be organized, ambitious, detail oriented and computer savvy. The position requires previous office management experience. The Operations Manager will:
-Facilitate and oversee incoming and outgoing client payments
-Originate and tract correspondences with vendors
-Communicate necessary organizational information to company staff
-Liaison and communicate with company clients
-Serve as an internal point of contact for personnel and human resources related matters
-Recruit candidates for open positions
-Oversee day-to-day operations as necessary and assigned to keep the office running smoothly
Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-passed environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary. This position will need to demonstrate discretion with confidential information. The ability to work with a variety of personality types and desire to continue the company’s success are necessary.
