A startup sports league is searching for a full time hourly Assistant to the EVP on the Westside. This role requires oversight of classic assistant tasks including but not limited to: scheduling, organizing travel arrangements, rolling calls, planning meetings, coordinating hospitality for guests in the office, running minimal errands, and ordering supplies. Your ability to work independently is important, however, teamwork to complete tasks makes this office flow. You must demonstrate grace under pressure and maintain diplomacy when challenged with unique business requests. We ask that you be resourceful and suggest proactive solutions without conflicting with the standards of the office. Qualifications: Agency experience a plus but not required Interest in sports Highly organized Detail oriented Expert level of written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
