Management/licensing/ production company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in their Beverly Hills offices. Typical duties include: scheduling, phones, coordinating travel, office management, etc. This is a fast-paced, high-volume desk, but it’s a great opportunity to grow within the company for the right person. Minimum 2 years of agency, management, licensing, or equivalent experience strongly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not necessary. Salary DOE.
