 The Worldwide Acquisitions department of EuropaCorp Films is currently looking for student interns for the Fall 2016 semester in our Beverly Hills office. Interns will perform script coverage and discuss with executives, review screeners, assist in monitoring projects of interest, review daily industry trades, assist in preparing for festivals, attend and participate in department weekend read meetings. Applicants should have strong reading, writing, and analytical skills. Prior experience with script coverage preferred but not necessary. Internship is unpaid, and must be done for school credit. High School Chemistry Scholarship

High School Chemistry Scholarship is open to all high school students, college and graduate students in the U.S. No essays, applications, or minimum GPAs are required. Washington Post Young Journalists Scholarship/ Summer Newsroom Workshop

Students may apply by entering the Annual Writing Seminar and Scholarship Program. They attend a writing seminar where they are taught reporting and writing techniques by reporters and editors from The Washington Post. They write news stories at the end of the seminar, and the best compositions are selected to receive scholarships. The scholarship program is sponsored by The Washington Post, the National Association of Hispanic Journalists and the Asian American Journalists Association. They program also includes a five-day intensive Summer Newsroom Workshop, every August in The Washington Post newsroom. The workshop gives high school students the opportunity to experience what it is like to work in a major newsroom. Students will pitch, report, write or produce a news story under the supervision and guidance of staff reporters. 

 

The deadline for this scholarship VARIES each year, and the award amount is usually $10,000.

FormSwift Scholarship Program

Scholarships are offered four times a year, in the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. The scholarship program was created to help reduce the financial cost of attending school. FormSwift is a San Francisco-based company that provides tools to help create, edit, sign, and collaborate on documents and forms. The service is membership-based and offers a library of more than 500 document templates and forms as well as editing tools that members can utilize with their own documents.
