Showrunner Needed!

Showrunner/Co-executive producers needed for Alternative/Non-Scripted Reality TV Production Company. Must be on pre-approved list of network and cable buyers when company goes out with pitches & sizzle reel & treatment. Must have multi-season experience on example shows such as "Gene Simmons Family Jewels", "The Hills", "Jersey Shore", "The Kardashians", "Real Housewives", and similar shows with a family unit in mix. Must have a team work attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, creative and business savvy (branding integration), superior relationships with networks & cable brass, and preferably be repped by top tier agency, but not necessary.
