Director of Finance and Operations

Benaroya Pictures is recruiting for a Director of Finance and Operations in the company's Beverly Hills office. The Director will report to the Chief Executive Officer providing critical support in the management of individual projects as well as the general company infrastructure in areas that include finance, business affairs, distribution and accounting.The ideal candidate has strong critical thinking and analytical skills with a quantitative aptitude and an intuitive grasp of numbers and diverse financial models. The Director should be comfortable working in a fast-paced high-stress environment, taking the initiative, managing multiple projects, and working under tight timeframes. This is an outstanding opportunity for a finance executive with operational experience and a proven track record of creative problem-solving to join in a high-growth organization. Requirements: BA/BS and at least 3 years of entertainment work experience. Prior film, studio, entertainment banking, business affairs or talent agency experience preferred but not required.
