Literary and Development Manager Position

Growing bi-coastal literary/talent management company seeks organized, detail-oriented, motivated literary and development manager. Candidates must be driven yet personable with strong writing and organizational skills and proficiency at multi-tasking. Manager needs to balance the needs of writer/director clients who work in both film and TV. Previous experience in both television and film production preferred. Must have an existing client roster, of some nature, and must have relationships to bring in to the company because it is a collaborative force. Must have interest in producing. Potential to grow with the company. We are looking for a solid person. Only serious applicants should apply. Commission-based starting off with a 1 year commitment.
