Busy PR firm looking for smart, aggressive, dedicated, kind and intuitive assistant to run a senior level assistant desk. Needs to listen and get it the first time; heavy doses of intuition; able to handle multiple tasks and accurately prioritize multiple urgent tasks with minimal hand-holding. Opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment but only if you can succeed on one of the most challenging desks in town. Mac experience a plus.
