The Gersh Agency in Beverly Hills seeks an Assistant to the top Talent Partner. At least 1 year agency experience in a talent department is required. Responsibilities include rolling calls, providing administrative and client support including reviewing material, generating and scheduling auditions as well as coordinating with casting directors, managers and publicists. Ideal candidate will be personable, extremely detail-oriented, have an excellent work ethic and must be looking to become an agent. Bachelor’s degree is required. Those who do not have the 1 year agency experience need not apply.
