Coca-Cola Opportunity

Dear Los Angeles County Area Schools, I am writing to you with an interesting opportunity on August 8th and 9th. Copa Coca-Cola gives teenage players the chance to hone their talent and embrace core values such as teamwork, friendship and respect through their shared passion for soccer. Newlink America, CCC's promotional company, is looking for some STN schools to cover the games, interview the players and gain some experience in live reporting. We are seeking one school to cover the game on the weekend of August 8th and 9th at the San Bernardino Soccer Complex. If you are interested please contact me immediately to set it up. o Attendance of STN news crews to produce local stories about the tournament to promote participation and increase awareness of the tournament o Newlink America will serve as the assignment editor providing news crews with information about interviews that can be secured with talent / players o Students will produce their own video segments to be shared with other STN Schools. o The participating school will receive a $100 stipend for expenses. o You can read more at www.copa.coca-cola.com
