Seeking Commercial Production Bookkeeper! A boutique commercial production and post company in Santa Monica is searching for a bookkeeper to work 1-2 days a week with a view towards a more permanent position. Candidates MUST HAVE at least 1-2 years experience in COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION. Reports directly to the Controller. $30-$35/hour depending on experience. You will be responsible for managing: Payroll/CAPS, Accounts payable and receivable, Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Monthly reports, General admin tasks. You will need: Strong Organizational and time management skills, An eye for detail, Lajit knowledge is preferred, but willing to train the right person, To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed, Confidentiality.
