Seeking Production Interns

Rooster Teeth Productions is looking for a RTX 2017 Intern to become a part of our Live Events department in Austin, TX. You will be exposed to all areas of the events business via a solid foundation of learning through training and work experience. We’re looking for fun, energetic, skilled college students who want to learn the ins and outs of putting on large-scale conventions. Are you interested a career in event planning? Then this opportunity could be for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Administrative tasks and additional support for the Live Events team
· Assisting with convention programming
· Working on logistics for event activations, night-time programming, and panels
· Note-taking during department meetings
· Respond to all RTX inquires via email within 24 hours
· Running department errands
· Canvasing for RTX Austin
· On-site convention support the week of July 5, 2017
· Other office duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Currently enrolled in college and taking the internship for course credit (You must provide a letter of verification)
· Must have car with a valid driver’s license
· Must be eligible to receive internship credit both Spring and Summer 2017
· General knowledge of Rooster Teeth
· Good understanding of navigating the internet and being social media savvy
· Must be a team player who will always put the team first
· Must be able to meet deadlines
