Freestyle Releasing, a fast growing theatrical and digital distributor, is seeking an intern for the Acquisitions department. The company is moving into production and needs a sharp intern with strong writing skills to help cover scripts. Additional duties include screening films, researching projects, tracking submissions, and other basic administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to learn about many different facets of the film industry, including but not limited to development, production, film financing and distribution. Interns are given the opportunity to meet with film executives and sit in on staff meetings. In order to be considered, you must be receiving school credit.
