Magnolia Entertainment is a boutique talent & literary management and production company that represents high end actors, writers and Filmmakers in TV and Film. We are currently seeking an Assistant to cover the desk of a Talent Manager with high end clients. Looking for a professional who is organized, able to multi-task and loves to collaborate with a team. We are a small company and work very closely together, so right candidate will have incredible opportunity for advancement. Minimum one year prior entertainment/agency/ production company experience is preferred, but not necessary. A desire to work as a manager would be a plus. Duties include script coverage, rolling calls, coordinating travel, client and manager schedules and client casting submissions.
