Tax Attorney Position with Film Company

Streamline Global, an established boutique tax equity and film finance business is hiring an experienced Tax Attorney to join their West Coast operations. The right individual will have a JD, preferably an LLM, and ideally have experience working for the IRS as attorney or auditor (however not required). The role calls for at least 8-10 years professional legal experience. The position requires detailed knowledge of contracts, negotiation, deal-making, tax law review and tax brief creation. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, critical thinking, written/oral communication, research, debate, and organizational skills.
