Looking for an Executive Assistant to the President of a well-known Film/Television Production Company located on the Fox Studio Lot. This is a global brand and the role requires someone with at least 3-5 plus years of support experience. The President is involved in all aspects of the company, including branding, PR, budgets, new business, development and production. Successful candidates will be able to adapt quickly in a demanding and diversified role. Common sense and good instincts are critical, along with the proven ability to meet deadlines and work with a high level of confidentiality. Strongly prefer someone who likes a wide-ranging support position where they attend to all aspects of a busy and dynamic production company.
