Experience Assistant Needed

Bi-coastal Beverly Hills-based agency seeks an experienced assistant asap for an Agent in the agency’s TV Literary Department. This is not a starter desk. All applicants must have at least one year assistant experience (talent agency desk experience preferred).Daily duties include: heavy phones, rolling calls, tracking client meetings, making submissions, heavy scheduling, etc. Experience working in all areas of International television is a plus. Candidates must be extremely detailed, computer literate, work well under pressure, and possess a high level of initiative.
