Seeking A Talent Assistant

High Level Boutique Talent Agency seeks motivated and hardworking Assistant. Our office is team-oriented, hard-working and fun/friendly. We are only looking for a candidate with at least one to two years of agency/management assistant experience –. Must have strong knowledge in using InEntertainment & Excel. Although currently working from home, duties will include rolling calls, sending out appointments, use of IE, creating tracking lists/grids in excel and general agent assistance. Must be able to problem solve, prioritize, think ahead, and communicate confidently within this small but close team.
