ADMIN POSITION AT ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY SERVICE COMPANY
We are currently hiring for an ADMINISTRATIVE POSITION at an entertainment industry service company located in West Hollywood.
This is an ideal role for someone who is eager to learn about the entertainment industry (production side) AND hospitality industry pertaining to hotels.
Skills Required:
Internet savvy, strong typing skills, Excel, Microsoft Word, good written & communication skills, eager to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
We are seeking an Admin who will assist with the general day-to-day duties of email follow up, phone calls, sourcing hotels in various cities domestically for multiple crews/productions, filing, and any other tasks that may come up.
Our clients may include scouting crews, casting crews, production crews, film, TV, and actors.
You will have the opportunity to learn hands-on sourcing of hotels for our production clients geared towards the production's specific needs/concessions. Our clients receive comprehensive information comparing hotel responses and proposals from which they select the hotel that is the most suitable option based on their needs.
This is a junior to Mid-Level Admin/Administrator position - pay is negotiable depending upon experience.
