Burger King Scholars Program

The Burger King Scholars program is designed to help high-school seniors who are looking to start college next year. Annually, the program awards more than $1.4 million in scholarships to more than 1,000 students. Applicants must be residents of the United States or Canada, and must be graduating high school seniors.

They must have a cumulative high school GPA of 2.5 or higher, and must plan to enroll full-time, without interruption, for the entire 2015-16 academic year at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school in the U.S., Canada or Puerto Rico.

The scholarships can be applied to tuition, fees or books required for course load, but must not exceed the student's educational costs. A student may transfer from one institution to another and retain the award provided the institution and their enrollment fulfill eligibility criteria.

The deadline for this scholarship is usually in DECEMBER of each year, and the award amount is usually $1,000 - $50,000.
