Aspiring Animation Professional Scholarship Program!

Aspiring Animation Professional Scholarship Program is open to high school seniors who plan to pursue a course in an animation related field at an accredited post-secondary school or college. The scholarship is a one-year, non-renewable scholarship.  Applicants may major in one of several eligible fields. They include but are not limited to graphic arts and design, web animation and design, film, entertainment art, visual effects, game design and production, electronic media, cartooning, and much more.  Students may apply online by submitting a completed application along with a 500-1000 word essay on a specified topic. Scholarship winners will be announced in July. The scholarship is offered by Animation Career Review, an online source for students aspiring to careers in animation, design, and gaming. The site provides information on scholarships, training programs, schools and colleges, software and technology, career profiles, profiles of the leading industry firms, and more. The deadline for this scholarship is usually in JUNE of each year, and the award amount is usually $1,000.
