2nd Assistant Needed!

Gotham is looking for a 2nd assistant to the CEO. We're a literary management/ production company that reps writers, actors and directors in TV (animation & scripted) and Film. ***Please do research before applying. Looking for someone that’s professional, sharp, able to multi-task, and possesses thick-skin. Must be able to learn the players of the industry quickly (agents, producers, execs, etc.). Must have at least 1-year prior entertainment/ agency experience (not including internships). Majority of our managers come up internally, as well. Duties include rolling calls, travel, client schedules, personal errands, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. Please send resumes to gothamasst@gmail.com
