Office Manager Position

Office Manager needed at Odenkirk-Provissiero Entertainment. Agency, management, or casting experience preferred and a passion for comedy is a MUST. Tasks include answering phones, scheduling and sending client auditions and meetings, maintaining company schedules and contacts, overseeing HR tasks and responsibilities, implementing office systems and policies, planning company events and overseeing office maintenance and upkeep. This is an administrative position first and foremost, but an excellent entry level position for those interested in the entertainment industry as position works closely with Marc Provissiero and Naomi Odenkirk. Applicant should have a college degree, excellent organizational skills, good phone and people skills, strong writing ability, and be Mac proficient.
