HIRING EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AT RENEGADE STARTUP SPORTS COMPANYFULL TIME

We are hiring a motivated EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT for a sports startup company located in Marina del Rey.

This is a sports publisher for the new generation.  We celebrate everyone from the overachievers and the heroes to the rebels and troublemakers that make sport so awesome. Our renegade teams in London and LA are on a mission to flip the world of sports upside down through outrageously awesome original content, opinion-based pieces, and the latest trending news across multiple sports.

- Usual working hours will be Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm; however, additional hours may be required at times.
- Pay is negotiable, depending upon experience.

The company works with exciting and trending brands to create original written and video content that adds to millennial conversations.

We are looking for an experienced administrator to assist our small team in a professional manner, as well as managing professional and private matters of the Creative Director and Co-Founder of the company, who is a passionate young entrepreneur.

This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who is hungry for a challenge and interested in working with a small team with a fun and friendly culture.  This is a continually evolving position within a start-up and you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within the role.

Mainly based in the office, this is a client-facing role in which you will assist the individual in growing the company, covering all administrative duties such as arranging meetings, administration, diary management and international travel for the team.

The ideal candidate would have an outgoing, friendly character with previous experience in a similar setting (within a creative agency, media company or sport).  Patience, diligence, and a positive attitude are also must have qualities.  We are looking for someone who is dedicated and willing to take on a long-term position.

We are looking to fill this role as soon as possible, however would consider candidates who are on a notice period.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education, training, experience:
Essential Skills
- International diary and team management in both the UK and US
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Interest and general understanding of the creative/tech/media world
- Mac competent
- Interest in sports

Characteristics:
- Reliable, focused, and positive attitude - willing to assist, manage, and be assertive when necessary
- Diplomatic and can be trusted to handle matters sensitively
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Kind, friendly, and sociable

SALARY:Pay is $30k - $35k depending upon experience
