Candidates must be motivated, extremely detail oriented, have excellent communication and organizational skills and a desire to learn the business of talent representation. I'd love to get into this agent trainee program. I hear UTA is top notch and I would love to be a part of their group and very respected individuals. I would love to do something in the entertainment industry, so this could be my first step to get there.
